IntentXT User Guide
IntentXT is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that finds B2B buying-intent conversations on Reddit, LinkedIn, and Facebook — then helps you draft helpful replies.
Download & install
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing (Chrome recommended).
- Click Add to Chrome → Add extension.
- Pin IntentXT B2B Intent Lead Finder from the puzzle-piece menu.
- Open the popup and sign in (or create an account).

IntentXT is not a full CRM. It captures social intent leads and helps you draft helpful replies.
Platform requirements (important)
LinkedIn: You must be logged in to LinkedIn in Chrome while scanning. LinkedIn scans use your active browser session.
Facebook groups: Before a Facebook scan works, you must:
- Be logged in to Facebook in Chrome
- Be an approved member of each group you add
- Use public Facebook groups only — private / secret groups are not supported
Reddit: Manual and Auto-Pilot Reddit scans do not require a special Reddit login step in the extension.

- Keywords — add terms, run Reddit / LinkedIn / Facebook scans

Setup checklist
- Install from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in and sync with login.
- Settings → company profile (needed for AI drafts).
- Keywords — phrases buyers type, or apply an Intent Recipe Pack. The first scan for each keyword pulls about 30 days of history.
- Negative keywords — filter hiring / spam noise (packs also merge common filters).
- Optional Facebook groups — public URLs only; stay logged in and approved in each group.
- For LinkedIn scans, stay logged in to LinkedIn in Chrome.
- Confirm leads on the dashboard.
- (Pro) Enable Auto-Pilot for background Reddit checks (~every 10 minutes).
Intent Recipe Packs
On Keywords, open Intent Recipe Packs and pick a niche.
Packs merge buyer phrases into your tracked list and add shared noise filters
(hiring, job, etc.) without removing keywords you already added.

- Copy the draft and reply yourself — IntentXT never auto-sends.
