IntentXT Tutorial
Follow these steps in order. For deeper detail, see the User Guide.
Step 1 — Install
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing.
- Click Add to Chrome → Add extension.
- Pin IntentXT B2B Intent Lead Finder.
Step 2 — Sign in
- Click the IntentXT icon in Chrome.
- Sign in with Google or email, or use intentxt.payxt.app/login.
- Confirm your plan badge and credit balance.
Step 3 — Company profile
- Open Settings.
- Enter company name, short description, and value proposition.
- Save — AI drafts need this profile.
Step 4 — Add keywords
- Open Keywords.

Fastest start: open Intent Recipe Packs and pick a niche pack.
That merges buyer phrases into your tracked list and adds common noise filters
(
hiring,job, etc.) without removing your existing keywords. -
Or type custom phrases (examples:
need accountant,recommend bookkeeping). - In Settings, refine negative keywords if needed.

Step 5 — Run your first scan
- Adding a keyword also kicks off a quiet Reddit seed scan (~ 30 days of history).
- Click Scan Reddit, Scan LinkedIn, or Scan FB.
- Check Inbox, then the dashboard.
Credits: Reddit is free. LinkedIn/Facebook only use credits when new leads are saved. AI drafts use 1 credit for 3 reply formats.
Before LinkedIn or Facebook scans
- LinkedIn: stay logged in to LinkedIn in Chrome.
- Facebook: stay logged in to Facebook, be an approved member of each group, and only add public groups (private groups are not supported).
Step 6 — Flag & draft a reply
- Save a promising lead from Inbox.
- Run AI draft (Comment / Inquiry / DM).
- Copy and post the reply yourself — IntentXT does not auto-send.
Step 7 — Optional: Auto-Pilot (Pro)
- Upgrade if needed on pricing.
- Add at least one keyword.
- Toggle Auto-Pilot in the extension header.
- Watch the countdown (~every 10 minutes). Reddit Auto-Pilot is free.
Step 8 — Optional: Facebook groups
- Settings → add public Facebook group URLs.
- Free: 1 group · Pro: up to 5.
- Confirm you are logged in, approved, and the group is public.
- Run Scan FB from Keywords.
You’re done — daily loop
- Check Inbox and the dashboard.
- Scan or let Auto-Pilot run.
- Flag → AI draft → reply yourself.
- Monitor credits on Usage.
