# IntentXT Tutorial

## Step 1 — Install IntentXT from the Chrome Web Store

1. Open:  
   **https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/intentxt-b2b-intent-lead/fankjalfnbjpofhgamabaodfhncbleph**
2. Click **Add to Chrome**.
3. Confirm **Add extension**.
4. Pin **IntentXT B2B Intent Lead Finder** from Chrome’s extensions menu.

You can also start from the green **Add to Chrome — Free** buttons on https://intentxt.payxt.app/.

## Step 2 — Sign in

1. Click the IntentXT icon in Chrome.
2. Sign in with Google or email, **or** use https://intentxt.payxt.app/login.
3. Confirm your plan badge (Free or Pro) and credit balance in the popup header.

## Step 3 — Company profile (for AI drafts)

1. Open the **Settings** tab.
2. Enter company name, short product description, and value proposition.
3. Save. AI reply drafts need this profile.

## Step 4 — Add keywords

1. Open the **Keywords** tab.
2. Add phrases buyers type when they need help (examples: `need accountant`, `recommend bookkeeping`, `CRM for small team`).
3. Optional: choose an **Intent Recipe Pack** for a quick niche start.
4. In Settings, add **negative keywords** to skip noise (`hiring`, `job`, etc.).

## Step 5 — Run your first scan

1. Stay on **Keywords**. Adding a keyword also kicks off a quiet **Reddit** seed scan.
2. The **first** scan for each keyword searches about **30 days** of history so Inbox fills with real conversations quickly. Later scans use a shorter window.
3. Click **Scan Reddit**, **Scan LinkedIn**, or **Scan FB** anytime to refresh.
4. Wait for the scan to finish (Facebook can take longer).
5. Check **Inbox** for new leads.
6. Open https://intentxt.payxt.app/dashboard to see the shared pipeline.

Credits: Reddit is always free. LinkedIn/Facebook only use credits when new leads are saved — zero-result scans are free. AI drafts use **1 credit** for three reply formats. Review spend under **Usage** or https://intentxt.payxt.app/usage.

### Before LinkedIn or Facebook scans

- **LinkedIn:** stay **logged in to LinkedIn** in Chrome.
- **Facebook:** stay **logged in to Facebook**, be an **approved member** of each group, and only add **public** groups (private / secret groups are **not** supported).

## Step 6 — Flag a lead and draft a reply

1. From Inbox (or while browsing a matching post), save/flag the conversation.
2. Open the lead and run **AI draft** (costs **1 credit** for Comment + Inquiry + DM).
3. Copy the draft and post your reply manually — IntentXT does **not** auto-send messages.

## Step 7 — Optional: Auto-Pilot (Pro)

1. Upgrade if needed: https://intentxt.payxt.app/pricing  
2. Add at least one keyword.
3. Toggle **Auto-Pilot** on in the extension header (read the credit warning).
4. Watch the **countdown** for the next Reddit run (~every 10 minutes).
5. Reddit Auto-Pilot does not use credits.

## Step 8 — Optional: Facebook groups

1. Settings → add **public** Facebook group URLs.
2. Confirm you are logged in to Facebook and an **approved member** of each group.
3. Free: **1** group · Pro: up to **5**.
4. Run **Scan FB** from Keywords.

## Step 9 — Redeem a deal code (if you have one)

1. Go to https://intentxt.payxt.app/redeem  
   or Billing / extension Settings.
2. Paste your code once.
3. Confirm Pro / Lifetime on https://intentxt.payxt.app/billing.

## You’re done — daily loop

1. Check **Inbox** and the [dashboard](https://intentxt.payxt.app/dashboard).  
2. Scan or let Auto-Pilot run.  
3. Flag → AI draft → reply yourself.  
4. Monitor credits on [Usage](https://intentxt.payxt.app/usage).
